Conditions for Price Matching:

Competitor’s Store: The lower price must be from a physical retail store located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Online prices from competitors do not qualify for this guarantee.

Immediate Availability: The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the competitor’s store. We cannot match prices for items that are backordered or out of stock.

Proof of Price: To take advantage of our Price Match Guarantee, you must provide proof of the lower price. This can be in the form of a printed advertisement, a screenshot from the competitor’s website, or a photo of the item with the price tag visible.

Exclusions: Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Clearance or liquidation sales
- Promotional offers or discounts that are limited in time or quantity
- Items sold by third-party sellers or auction sites
How to Request a Price Match:
- In-Store: Simply bring the proof of the lower price to our store at 2167 Victoria Park Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and our staff will assist you in matching the price.
- Online: If you are shopping online, please contact our customer service team with the details of the competitor’s price and the proof. We will verify the information and adjust your order accordingly.
